We're sorry, but we do not have a catalog
other than the "virtual catalog" on our website. Our inventory changes so much that a
traditional printed catalog would be out-of-date almost as soon as it was printed. We have a very high turnover on our flags.
You can view our product line by clicking
here or you can search by description (birds, flowers,
stars, etc), item number, or item name by using our search
feature. We track our inventory online, so if it appears on our website we have it in stock.

Do you sell wholesale?
No, we do not sell our flags wholesale.
We are strictly a retailer. We do, however, offer bulk discounts for
quantities of 25 or more per item for some items. Please call for price
quote.
You may also become an affiliate of Garden-Flags.com and sell our flags on your website for a 5% commission on every sale referred to us through your website.
We are number one in Google for garden flags and we have a Google Page
Rank of 5. Your commissions will increase along with your sales. You receive 5% for the first $500 of sales; 6% for $501 through $750; 7% for $751 through $1,000; and 8% over $1,000. It is a wonderful solution to incurring the cost of inventory. The affiliate program does not cost you anything but the time to fill out our online application.

I don't like putting

online. Can I order over the phone or by mail?
Yes. Even though all online orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server using SSL technology to prevent information from being
intercepted, we do understand that some of our visitors prefer a more
personal shopping experience. We love talking with our customers! We are
here to help in any way that we can.
We take phone orders Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am EST and 5:30pm EST.

and a money order. We highly recommend that
you let us know what you plan to order in advance,
so we can hold it for you.

How soon
will I get my order?
All orders received before 8:00am EST
will be processed and shipped that business day. Orders received after
8:00am EST will be shipped out the next business day. Occasionally we
will get backed up and orders will go out within 2 business days. We try
very hard to keep that from happening. We enjoy our flags, too, and know
that you are very anxious to get your order.
All our shipments are delivered via the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery times are as follows:
- U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail - delivery is 3-7 business days after shipment
- U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail - delivery is 2-3 business days after shipment
- U.S. Postal Service Express Mail - delivery is 1-2 business days after shipment
Our dog breed flags are printed on an order by order basis and shipped separately from the rest of your order. Please allow 3-7 days
before your order is shipped.

You show flag stands
and poles in your pictures. Do they come with the flag?
No, the flag stands and poles are sold
separately. You can see them by going to our Flag
Accessories page. We thought that the flags looked nicer and
more realistic if we displayed them on a pole.

Is your website secure?
Yes.
Our website security is tested on a regular basis. Personal and
credit card information is encrypted before it is transmitted. If
you are using Internet Explorer 7 or above, you can see the small lock
on the top of your window when you go to check out. Otherwise it
may be on the bottom. We do not keep any credit card information
on our servers and do not sell or share your personal information.

How much is shipping?
Our shipping terms are
here. In general:
- Shipping for orders under $25 is
$4.99.
- Shipping for orders $25-$50 is
$6.99.
- Shipping for orders over $50 is free
priority mail.
- Priority shipping for orders under $50 is $8.99
- Rates are the same throughout
the US and Puerto Rico except for very large or very heavy orders to
locations outside of the contiguous 48 states. Please see

Yes. Unless we have a count error, all the
flags you see on our website are currently in stock. If there is a
flag you want, but cannot find on our website, please
contact us. We will do our best to get
that flag for you.
