Shipping Rates & Terms

  • We process and ship in-stock flag orders within 1-2 business days of order receipt

  • We ship via the U.S. Mail Postal Service to shipping addresses within the United States (see shipping rates below)

  • We ship via UPS Ground to addresses within Canada (see shipping rates below)

  • FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00. Free Priority shipping does not apply to some APO/FPO addresses or shipments outside the lower 48 states. If additional shipping costs are assessed, you will be contacted for your approval regarding the additional fees.

  • On shipments outside the lower 48 states and certain APO/FPO addresses, the shipping fee shown at checkout may be adjusted. We will provide you with any additional shipping costs and hold the order until you approve it.

  • Because many of our orders are special orders, we bill credit cards within 1 business day of order placement.

  • For best service, please include a daytime telephone number if we need to contact you regarding your order.

Delivery times are based on the date of order shipment, not the date of order placement. Order are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after order placement. All our shipments are delivered via the U.S. Mail Postal Service. Delivery times are as follows:

  • U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail - delivery is 3-7 business days on average

  • U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail - delivery is 2-3 business days on average
